JOB SUMMARY: This is a Revenue Specialist II position in the Department of Revenues Child Support Program Compliance Process in the Lake City Service Center. The incumbent will provide quality customer service and safeguard confidential information. Access and update information in the Child Support system. Initiate and respond to requests, coordinate with internal and external partners, research and resolve case issues and gather information. Interview customers face to face and/or over the telephone. Interact with customers, legal services providers, other states, employers and other business partners. Make decisions based on case information and documentation provided.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
:Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program.
:Currently a Revenue Specialist II
:Have not accepted a lateral transfer within the last 12 months (excluding hardship lateral transfers)
