Job Description SharpSpring is growing and weA cents € (TM) re looking for a talented Inbound Marketing Coordinator (IMC) to support our Sales team! The IMC is the first point of contact for companies all over the world that are interested in learning more about SharpSpring products. In this role, you will schedule appointments between leads and our stellar sales team and answer questions online with visitors who are interested in learning more about SharpSpring products. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and have a positive, customer service-oriented attitude and the drive to take ownership of their role. The Responsibilities Managing high-volume sales inquiries through SharpSpringA cents € (TM) s CRM Communicating with prospects via Email and Phone Scheduling product demo appointments with the sales team Partaking in call backs to assess and understand the prospect's needs/desires, discuss marketing automation, and provide basic education on SharpSpring (qualifying leads) Updating and maintaining documentation on the lead management progress Reporting on daily activities, supporting metrics, and on success of efforts to turn marketing-qualified leads into opportunities Attending team meetings aimed at growth, understanding, and collaboration Strategy planning (both individually and as a team) The Person Strong organization skills and ability to handle changing priorities Excellent customer relations skills; outgoing personality and high comfort level communicating on the phone Strong oral and written communication skills Self-confident with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage and prioritize work, make quick decisions and take fast action Ability to work independently and as a team member Demonstrated Microsoft Office expertise Experience with online scheduling/calendar management, GoToMeeting, CRMs preferred Prior inbound/outbound sales experience a plus!
