The Collier Companies, a leader in student:housing, is seeking a Floating Community Manager to join our team in Gainesville, FL

The selected candidate will be flexible, ready to travel to all markets and open for new challenges
Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:
:At least 3 years experience as a successful Community Manager
:Student:housing experience preferred
:Ability to lead, mentor and develop a large team
:Proven track record of marketing plan implementation
:Knowledge of capital
projects/maintenance knowledge
:Ability to manage a financial plan
:Strong technical skills, experience with Yardi Voyager a plus
:Exceptional customer service skills with a quick problem:solving approach
:Have an eye for detail and commitment to curb appeal standards
:Desire to learn and grow within an award:winning organization
