Your Challenge V&V Engineer develops parts of a new product according to technical specifications on basis of familiar technologies. Develops materials and techniques. Prepares design releases. Your Responsibilities - Elicit, review, and characterize stakeholder feedback; create and review system-user interaction models using BPMN, UML, or SysML. - Develop and document use cases, user stories, and usage scenarios to support the definition of user and system requirements for each stage of the product lifecycle. - Create validation plans, detailed validation procedures, and maintain traceability to stakeholder requirements. - Perform risk identification, analysis, planning, and verification activities in accordance with ISO 14971. - Create change impact analyses to support product development, verification, and validation planning. - Create, maintain and execute manual and automated verification protocols for various hardware and software medical devices and solutions. - Create verification reports and other documentation to support the product development and design transfer processes. - Create and maintain software validation records for enterprise tools used in the development of medical device products, including requirements, protocols, and reports. - Provide support to the Customer Service and Quality departments to investigate and resolve customer complaints. - Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations to improve products, processes and systems. - Support document control and change process by creating change notices and revising documents and BOMs. - Perform other tasks in Systems Engineering Group as needed.
