Position Objective
VetFolio is looking for an energetic self:driven professional to join our team. This position will work alongside the VetFolio, NAVC, and AAHA teams to maintain and generate new business opportunities for VetFolio. The VF Business Development Manager will look for new and innovative ways to generate revenue streams and add value for existing sponsors and partners; taking initiative on projects, identifying industry partner needs, and closing sales will be critical for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience giving presentations and managing multiple projects. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and to work under and meet tight deadlines.

Position Responsibilities
:
Collaborate with AAHA, NAVC, and VetFolio stakeholders to maintain and generate new sponsorships for VetFolio
:
Establish and enhance relationships with VetFolio Sponsors and Partners
:
Work with the VetFolio team to ensure sponsor benefits are fulfilled
:
Serve as an internal and external VetFolio expert
:
For Internal Staff Training
:
To show value and potential for existing and future VetFolio clients, sponsors, and partners.
:
Lead various sponsor conference calls and meetings with VetFolio industry partners to provide sponsor benefit updates, onboard new sponsor team members, and train internal stakeholders
:
Have expert knowledge of each existing and potential industry sponsor to determine their strategic goals in order to tailor VetFolio sponsorships or benefits to fit their goals
:
Work with VetFolio stakeholders to develop annual sponsorship levels, packages, and pricing
:
Work with Vetfolio team to expand sales of VetFolio subscriptions and Certificate program sales
:
Develop and lead projects related to VetFolio business efforts
:
Develop new revenue streams
:
Develop and maintain reports and metrics related to VetFolio sales, sponsor benefits, and potential leads
:
Work closely with Marketing team to develop sales campaigns and materials

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
:
Four:year degree from an accredited institution
:
5+ years of successful sales, account management, or business development experience
:
Project management skills
:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
:
Proficiency in public speaking and delivering presentations
:
Strong communication skills
:
Marketing experience a plus
:
Previous veterinary industry experience a plus
