Job Description
We are seeking a Recruiter to join a fantastic team in a Gainesville office You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires. This position will be responsible for leveraging the employer brand to attract, select, and retain top quality talent to the organization. The Recruiter is also accountable for managing interactions with candidates to enhance the candidate experience.
:Develops recruitment plans to support planned or current hiring activity to ensure adherence to company staffing objectives.
:Implements search strategies for candidate generation and sourcing activities.
:Reviews, evaluates, and screens candidates for skill level, experience, and position requirements.
:Supports the coordination of interviews for qualified applicants with department hiring managers to enhance the candidate experience.
:Prepares salary offers for candidate and extends offers of employment.
:Engages senior management and hiring managers in the recruitment process and drives regular and ad:hoc recruitment meetings.
:Establishes effective relationships with referral sources (schools, professional organizations and other outside agencies) to recruit new applicants.
:Utilizes social media to network with prospective candidates and develop a pipeline of available talent.
:Reviews and evaluates recruitment activities and initiatives to develop enhanced strategies and tactics which will increase the rate and number of successful hires.
:Collaborates with HR Business Partners to determine workforce planning and hiring forecast for client group.
:Partners and manages vendor relationships with external employment agencies, search firms and recruitment companies.
:Facilitates transfer process for all internal candidates.
:Attains Talent Acquisition performance metrics, such as time to fill and cost per hire.
:Ensures recruiting and hiring activities are in compliance with employment laws, regulations and organizational policies and procedures.
:Serves as a valuable resource to applicants, employees and hiring leaders.
:Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
:At least 2 years experience in HR.
:Prior experience with creating and executing recruiting strategies.
:Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing techniques to include: lead generation, internet and social media, cold calling, college/trade school alumni and interactive strategies.
:Proven ability to recruit for high:volume positions in a fast:paced environment.
:Knowledge of recruiting tools such as applicant tracking systems, job boards, advertising, social media and external sourcingpany Description
