The minimum bi-weekly salary is$979.97.
Current employees will be compensated in accordance with the DCF salary policy.
This position is responsible for advertisement of all direct care job postings, receiving and reviewing employment applications, scheduling applicants to conduct required psychological assessment, evaluating applicants' education, training and work experience; determining eligibility for appointment and coding applications accordingly for all assigned job classifications. Duties will also include, but not be limited to, scheduling and participating in the interview process and completion and submission of hiring and separation packets to the HR Service Center.
- Professional or nonprofessional experience in a human resources capacity, to include experience with hiring and selection processes.
The position will perform all job tasks in accordance with laws, rules, regulations, policies, and requirements applicable to state and federal laws or procedures.
BACKGROUND SCREENING REQUIREMENT: It is the policy of the Florida Department of Children and Families that any applicant being considered for employment must successfully complete a State and National criminal history check as a condition of employment before beginning employment, and, if applicable, also be screened in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 435, F.S., and Chapter 408, F.S.
