Gleim is 40+ year exam prep company looking for an experienced full time Technical Recruiter to work in our Gainesville Office. We are experiencing rapid growth and need help to meet our goals in recruiting and hiring the best IT talent. Our Technical Recruiter must have prior experience recruiting technical candidates and have a solid background in the IT field to recruit Software and Web Developers and Engineers, Project Leads, Linux Systems Administrators, Software Testers and Technical Support.
Learning our systems and culture will enable you so you can clearly communicate with others regarding who we are and where we are going and be able to identify appropriate candidates and bring them on board.
Responsibilities :
:Work with technical and product team leaders to identify business needs and our culture.
:Source qualified candidates with a diverse range of levels and functional capabilities across various geographic locations.
:Identify new recruiting opportunities and utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best and brightest talent. Work ongoing to fill active openings and build a pipeline for future needs.
:Be well versed in social media and attract active and passive candidates leveraging tools like LinkedIn, Facebook, college recruiting initiatives, community outreach, advertising.
:Help us grow employment brand, attend recruiting events, develop diversity and inclusion programs.
:Phone screens, on:site interview, tracking, coordinate interview teams, conduct background, drug test and references.
:Evaluate effectiveness of sourcing methods.
Qualifications :
:4 year technical degree or equivalent experience.
:IT experience desirable.
:Ability to meet rapidly changing business requirements.
:Able to learn systems, processes, procedures and the business.
:Proven ability to work with managers, employees, clients, applicants, businesses, universities, etc.
:2+ years technical recruiting experience.
:Ability to function in a high:volume, fast paced environment.
:Strong written and verbal skills.
:Able to build relationships.
:Knowledgeable of employment law and regulations.
:Organized and analytical.
:Comfortable working with HRIS software, conducting skills assessment, handling background and reference checks, drug tests, E:verify, etc.
