Responsible for assisting in defining the project scope, and managing the defined scope. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
* Defines the functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system serves as a business subject matter expert, and act as a liaison between the business and IT
* Provides the link between the technical and the business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business
* Leads system requirements definition, design, testing, training and implementation support
* Applies use of tools to define requirements and documentation
* Provides analysis of efficiencies related to system enhancements/automation
* Works with IT learning organization to assist in the development of system training documentation and provides training to end users
* Assists with developing use cases
Requires BA/BS in information systems or related field; 1 or more years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
