All candidates should be customer service oriented, and have experience troubleshooting computer network and helpdesk issues. They will provide L3 tech support, as well as utilize help desk staff to ensure customer satisfaction, accurate documentation, and work with vendors. To qualify: 8 years in a tech support role, experience with setup and admin of Windows Servers, Active Directory, firewalls/routers, and core network protocols, knowledge of network design, experience with backup solutions/concepts.IT Technician L2This position troubleshoots advanced computer and network problems and provides L2 help desk support. They provide training for L1 help desk support, advanced Active Directory setup, and administration. They liaison with vendors to support the customer, assist and take major roles in projects, and work with team members to ensure a positive internal/ external customer experience. To qualify: 5 years in a tech support role, extensive experience with setup/admin of Windows Servers, Active Directory, firewalls/routers, core network protocols, an intimate understanding of network designs, experience with backup solutions.IT Technician L1This position troubleshoots computer and basic network problems and provides L1 help desk support - including: Setup new workstations/laptops/mobile devices, provide basic Active Directory user administration, excellent written documentation and properly communicate escalations, liaison with vendors, adapt quickly to changing responsibilities and take ownership of other projects as assigned.To qualify: We are seeking someone with a proven track record in the following: Experience in a technical support role, history working with Windows 7 and up, understanding of basic network concepts and computer hardware, experience with backup solutions and concepts. **Preferred for all candidates: MCSE or MCITP Certification, ability to communicate in a sales role, and experience in an IT Services company.
